CONFIDENCE AT EVERY STOP
Safety comes first.
Every route. Every day.
Your well-being matters more than a delivery. Prepare before you leave, stay aware on the road, and pause whenever a stop feels unsafe.
Before your route
Check tires, lights, mirrors, and fuel. Charge your phone, bring water, and secure packages so they do not block your view. Wear sturdy footwear and a high-visibility vest.
On the road
Buckle up, follow traffic laws, and leave safe stopping distance. Set navigation before moving. Park safely before using your phone, scanning parcels, or taking photos.
At the doorstep
Check your surroundings, footing, lighting, and access. Keep exits clear. Do not enter a customer’s home or take a shortcut through an unsafe area.
Dogs and other hazards
Keep a safe distance from loose animals. Do not approach, feed, or attempt to handle them. Return to a safe location and contact the recipient or dispatch.
Weather and visibility
Watch for heat, storms, ice, and poor visibility. Take breaks and stay hydrated. If conditions become unsafe, stop in a safe place and contact dispatch.
Protect people and information
Keep faces, IDs, private screens, mail, and home interiors out of delivery photos. Upload proof only through the required delivery workflow.
Unsafe stop? Pause and get help.
Move to a safe location. Contact the recipient or dispatch using your assigned route contact and follow the exception process. Never mark a package Delivered when it has not been safely placed or handed over.
Immediate danger or an emergency: call 911. Once safe, notify dispatch. Email is for non-urgent questions.
