Starting pay per stop
Your starting rate for each delivery stop.
Each duplicate package
A duplicate is an extra package at the same stop. More packages at one address means additional package pay.

Illustrative gross pay at the starting rates:
100 stops + 20 duplicate packages
$158.00100 × $1.50 + 20 × $0.40
125 stops + 25 duplicate packages
$197.50125 × $1.50 + 25 × $0.40
Examples are illustrative and do not guarantee route assignments or earnings. Package count and stop count are different. Actual pay depends on completed stops, duplicate packages, and your agreement.
1099 independent contractors
All RUSHD couriers are 1099 independent contractors. RUSHD does not withhold taxes from courier payments. Couriers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Weekly pay
Your agreement includes a $30 weekly administration deduction with parcel insurance included. The deduction is taken from each week’s pay, not from each route.
Plan for your route
Prepare for a 100–150 package route minimum. The examples above are before the $30 weekly administration deduction and your own vehicle expenses.
